Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage agency-level P&L, including forecasting and financial reporting
• Lead resourcing strategy to ensure appropriate staffing for client and agency needs
• Serve as a hands-on project management lead for complex, high-value engagements

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in operations or leadership roles within a digital agency or technology services provider
• Direct experience managing multiple client engagements and internal teams
• Demonstrated experience with AI tools, contract negotiation, and change management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field
• Experience working with senior clients and stakeholders in a client-services environment
