• Reduce gross churn and enhance net revenue retention through effective strategies
• Oversee sales, marketing, customer support, and engineering to drive revenue predictability

Required Qualifications

• Experience scaling SaaS companies with annual revenues between $5M-$25M
• Proven track record of cleaning up CRMs and improving forecasting accuracy
• Experience in reducing churn in usage-based SaaS environments
• Ability to implement discipline in fast-paced, scrappy teams
• Experience working directly with founders in a growth-focused setting
