Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Plans and Networks Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational goals, providing leadership and expertise in program oversight and evaluation
• Manage quality assurance and operational plans, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and enhancing inter-operational efficiency
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business entities and centralized departments to maximize operational efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 5 to 7 years of leadership/management experience in a healthcare or business setting
• Experience in developing and implementing quality improvement plans
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Proficiency in personal software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets
