Director of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior / Director of Operations - Fulfillment & Logistics (Project-Based).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 3PL relationships, including performance, cost management, and quality across various sales channels
• Ensure compliance with retail fulfillment and EDI requirements, including accurate documentation and chargeback prevention
• Oversee Amazon FBA operations, including inventory replenishment and shipment planning

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing EDI-based fulfillment for major retailers like Target or Walmart
• Strategic management experience with 3PL, including SLA negotiation and accountability
• Background in consumer products within a growth-stage business environment
• Ability to operate as the senior operations leader in a lean company without direct reports
• Experience in creating order from complexity and functioning under pressure
