Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational systems, administrative infrastructure, and internal workflows
• Partner with leadership on annual planning, budgeting, and organizational priorities
• Supervise the Manager of Operations and support employee engagement and organizational health initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations or organizational leadership experience
• 3-5+ years of nonprofit experience preferred
• Experience managing organizational systems and internal operations
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and financial reporting systems (QuickBooks preferred)
• Experience working effectively in remote or hybrid teams
