Director of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations to lead AI-enabled business transformation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of AI across product, services, and internal workflows
• Own Hirezon's ARR growth strategy and improve expansion revenue through AI-enabled modules
• Full ownership of Hirezon's P&L and operating plan, driving EBITDA expansion and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior leadership experience in vertical SaaS or enterprise software
• Experience driving digital or AI transformation within a software organization
• Proven P&L ownership with strong margin discipline
• Background in Higher Education, HR tech, ATS, or public sector software preferred
• Technical exposure and system-thinking mindset considered a major advantage
