Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize AI as a core operating tool and evolve the CEO's AI-powered operating system
• Develop a deep understanding of the business, synthesize information, and shape company-level strategy
• Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives and improve company-level planning and communication processes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, banking, operating role, etc.)
• Experience owning complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical skills and business judgment
• Ability to form independent points of view and make clear recommendations
• High agency, curiosity, and a bias toward action
