Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations II to lead its Complex Claims division, focusing on the Veterans Administration and AR Services teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational activities to ensure business success and compliance with regulations
• Achieve financial objectives and contribute to business development for increased market share
• Oversee employee evaluations and ensure continuous improvement of operational processes

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Healthcare Management, Business (MBA/MHA), or related field
• Three years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience leading at least 10 people
• Knowledge of HIPAA, ACA, and EMTALA regulations
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage change effectively
