Director of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager/Director of Operations for the Missionforce Customer Success Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison and coordinator across cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Develop detailed program plans to drive accountability for timely and high-quality execution
• Proactively identify and mitigate complex cross-program risks and dependencies

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience managing complex project implementations or leading Agile development teams
• Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication
• Foundation in the Salesforce platform, ideally backed by Salesforce certifications
• Must be a U.S. citizen living on U.S. soil without dual citizenship
