Director of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of SST Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the self-service terminal business, identifying growth opportunities and translating strategy into actionable plans
• Own the P&L, including budgeting and financial performance, while driving revenue growth and margin expansion
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in business unit performance or general management
• Demonstrated success in owning or co-owning P&L in a growth-oriented environment
• Experience in scaling technology-enabled products or services
• Strong understanding of operational management and experience with regulated environments
