Director of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations II to lead operational activities in the Complex Claims division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams to achieve financial objectives and operational success
• Contribute to business development to enhance market share and service offerings
• Oversee employee evaluations and ensure continuous improvement of operational processes

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Healthcare Management, Business (MBA/MHA) or related field
• Three years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience leading at least 10 people
• Knowledge of HIPAA, ACA, and EMTALA regulations
• Strong leadership skills and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
