Director of Operations

Job Summary

Leading operations within the Extended Business Office Service line, the full-time remote Director of Operations will manage back-end revenue cycle operations, focusing on AR management, denials management, and team leadership for both commercial and governmental claims resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and achieve financial objectives for the assigned region
• Lead team performance towards short-term goals and contribute to long-term strategic planning
• Oversee employee evaluations and facilitate continuous improvement of operational processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Healthcare Management, Business (MBA/MHA), or related field
• Three years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management
• Minimum of two years of management experience leading teams of at least 10 people
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, ACA, and EMTALA regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of adapting to new computer applications
