Director of Operations

Job Summary

Providing overall business oversight for cloud service provider and data center capacity, the full-time salaried Director of Operations will lead cluster acceptance, manage capacity governance, and ensure contract alignment while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain an integrated view of CSP and DC capacity, tracking committed, in-flight, and at-risk positions
• Define and operate a cluster acceptance model to ensure readiness and accountability for issues
• Establish backstop capacity governance to monitor utilization and execution against financial plans

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 12+ years in business operations, program management, or similar roles with cross-functional delivery experience
• Strong stakeholder leadership and structured operating rhythm with a focus on metrics and escalation
• Ability to operate at the intersection of capacity execution, commercial context, and financial planning
