Director of Operations

Job Summary

To scale and strengthen operational systems, the full-time remote Director of Operations will manage business processes, implement strategic initiatives, and drive improvements across financial performance and technology systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operational setup and go-to-market infrastructure for managed services, collaborating with sales, delivery, and finance
• Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks by redesigning workflows and standardizing processes
• Oversee the implementation and management of critical business systems, including PSA and HRIS platforms

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations or strategy roles
• Demonstrated experience with business-critical systems implementation
• Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue reporting and cost management
• Experience designing KPI frameworks and operational dashboards
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation and AI-powered productivity tools
