Director of Operations

Job Summary

Leading the execution of operational strategy, the full-time remote Director of Operations will manage day-to-day performance across the Lowe's Pro Supply network, ensuring safety and efficiency while driving continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational performance and ensure safety, service, and efficiency targets are met
• Execute operational strategies and translate business priorities into actionable plans
• Lead and develop a high-performing team while managing operational issues and driving consistency across the network

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of relevant experience, with 5-7 years in leadership roles managing cross-functional teams
• 5 years of experience leading large transformational program management initiatives
