Director of Operations

Job Summary

Leading the execution of operational strategy, the full-time Director of Operations will manage day-to-day performance across the Lowe's Pro Supply network, ensuring safety, service, and efficiency in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee core operations including branch operations, warehousing, transportation, and facilities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of experience equivalent to an advanced education may be supplemented in lieu of a degree
• 5-7 years of experience leading people and cross-functional teams
• 5 years of program management experience leading large transformational initiatives
