Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the full-time remote Director of Operations will manage clinical supply and service levels, oversee global clinical operations, and ensure the scaling of a network of veterinary professionals to meet growing demand.

Key responsibilities

• Own veterinary professional supply and manage real-time vet availability to meet service levels
• Directly scale and sustain a global network of 2,000+ veterinary professionals through recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
• Oversee all domestic and international clinical operations, ensuring consistent standards and workflows across multiple regions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations, healthcare, telehealth, or marketplace environments
• Proven success scaling complex, distributed service networks
• Experience operating across multiple countries and time zones
• Strong analytical skills with experience in capacity planning and utilization modeling
• Track record of strong cross-functional partnership with Product and Engineering
