Director of Operations

Job Summary

Leading the execution of operational strategy, the full-time salaried Director of Operations will oversee day-to-day performance across the Lowe's Pro Supply network while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational performance to meet safety, service, and efficiency targets across the network
• Execute operational strategies and translate business priorities into actionable plans
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of experience equivalent to an advanced education may be supplemented in lieu of a degree
• 5-7 years of experience leading people and cross-functional teams
• 5 years of program management experience leading large transformational initiatives
