Job Summary
Leading complex program transitions in a full-time remote capacity, the Director of Operations and Strategic Transition will manage operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of federal contracts while maintaining customer satisfaction and operational readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee operations and performance of assigned contracts, ensuring compliance and preparing performance reports
- Manage customer relationships for assigned contracts, addressing complaints and ensuring effective communication
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve Full Operational Capability (FOC) and implement workforce-intensive service programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience operating within a Joint Venture or strategic partnership environment
- Demonstrated success collaborating with partner leadership on federal contract transitions
- Experience with Personal Services Contracts with the Federal Government
