Director of Operations

Job Summary

To drive organizational growth through process improvement and technology optimization, the full-time remote Director of Operations will manage cross-functional teams, enhance operational workflows, and ensure high-quality patient-centered services in a healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement operational improvements and best practices to standardize workflows across physician practices
• Lead the onboarding of new practices, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and quality expectations
• Serve as the primary operational liaison for assigned clients, addressing service issues and collaborating with internal teams to maintain high client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive healthcare operations and management experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health administration, or relevant experience
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and cross-functional operational initiatives
• Ability to analyze operational, financial, and clinical performance data for informed decision-making
• Experience in developing high-performing teams through coaching and leadership development
