Director of Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Director of Operations will manage cross-functional project management, systems optimization, and vendor management to scale ARMRA's operations efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead high-priority operational projects from planning through execution, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams on demand forecasting, inventory management, and fulfillment execution
• Build and maintain operational dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide real-time visibility into key metrics and risks

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or operational program management, preferably in CPG, health, or wellness
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional operational projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong track record of building processes and driving operational improvements in high-growth environments
• Proficiency with ERP and operational platforms such as NetSuite, Cin7, or Shopify
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and operational partners effectively
