Director of Operations

Job Summary

Leading the execution and performance of core healthcare administration operations, the full-time remote Director of Operations will manage ASO, Fully Insured, ACA, and Stop-Loss programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational execution across various lines of business, ensuring compliance and quality service delivery
• Oversee claims administration and stop-loss operations, implementing corrective actions to improve performance
• Recruit and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within a third-party administrator, self-funded health plan, or managed care environment
• Demonstrated success in managing complex healthcare operations and improving service delivery
• Strong understanding of claims adjudication, stop-loss administration, and healthcare operations
• Experience with claims administration platforms and operational reporting tools
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive operational strategy
