Director of Operations

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership in fleet operations, the full-time remote Director of Operations will manage all aspects of vehicle management, including dispatching, maintenance, and compliance, while fostering a People First culture within the team.

Key responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership of the business unit's success and develop strategies for fleet operations
• Lead a team of supervisors and drivers, ensuring effective scheduling and delivery of client service levels
• Track operational performance and manage expenses related to fleet operations and asset management

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience in end-to-end fleet operations
• 5 years of leadership experience with a proven track record in launching successful products or business units
• Operational and technical expertise in fleet and asset management
• Strong interpersonal and management skills, with the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively
