Job Summary

To support a growing perinatal mental health company, the full-time remote Director of Operations will manage workforce capacity, provider scheduling, and performance metrics to ensure high-quality care delivery while collaborating closely with clinical and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Model and maintain provider capacity and scheduling, ensuring accurate data across all systems
• Monitor operational KPIs and build dashboards to track provider productivity and patient flow
• Collaborate on patient workflows and experience improvements, addressing bottlenecks in care delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare operations or clinical program management
• Experience in workforce planning and scheduling in a multi-site environment
• Analytical skills to turn complex data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and billing workflows
