Director of Operations

Job Summary

Serving as the primary operational partner for client-delivery teams, the full-time salaried Director of Operations will translate operational ambiguity into clear systems and processes while managing the Operations Manager and driving initiatives that enhance client experience and delivery quality in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and address operational gaps affecting client-facing work and cross-team coordination
• Translate delivery-team needs into clear workflows, responsibilities, and measures of success
• Oversee the execution of recurring operational processes and manage the Operations Manager to ensure effective operations across the agency

Required qualifications

• Approximately eight or more years of experience in operations, client services, or project management within a marketing agency or professional-services organization
• Demonstrated success in improving cross-functional client-delivery processes and leading operational initiatives
• At least three years of experience managing and developing people
• Strong working knowledge of CRM, project-management, and reporting platforms
• Experience designing AI-enabled workflows or business automations
