Director of Operations

Job Summary

To support the rapid growth of its Mission Critical business, the full-time remote Director of Operations will lead a geographically dispersed team, develop high-performing talent, and establish scalable operational practices in data center environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team while establishing clear performance expectations and fostering a collaborative culture
• Implement scalable operating processes to support growth and drive operational discipline across projects and teams
• Manage financial performance and operational infrastructure to balance growth objectives with profitability and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams, preferably in the BAS/HVAC controls or data center industry
• Direct experience executing data center projects and/or working within data center operations
• Proven ability to hire, build, and scale high-performing teams while developing organizational capacity
• Strong experience in financial management of project-based businesses
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence in mission critical environments
