Director of Operations

Job Summary

To establish and execute a holistic provider performance strategy, the full-time remote Director of Operations - Provider Performance will lead a high-impact team focused on optimizing provider performance to enhance clinical quality, client access to care, and business results.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute a holistic provider performance vision, establishing standardized frameworks across clinical service lines
• Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team while setting impactful priorities and supporting professional development
• Partner with the Data Analytics team to build a unified data vision and establish systems to measure and track provider performance

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in provider performance operations, clinical productivity frameworks, or provider network operations within a healthcare organization
• 15+ years in business operations, management consulting, or healthcare operations, with experience in scaling complex operations
• 8+ years of direct people management experience with a track record of building high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of clinical network operations and core provider metrics
• Proven ability to translate complex data sets into operational tools and dashboards
