Director of Operations

Job Summary

Owning the company's operating infrastructure, the full-time remote Director of Business & People Operations will manage team utilization, workforce planning, and operational inputs to financial conversations while driving AI and automation adoption across operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain resource models for team capacity and hiring needs, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
• Build and manage the workforce planning model to guide leadership on hiring, restructuring, and promotion decisions
• Design and optimize the delivery operating system, including SOPs, onboarding processes, and AI workflows

Required qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of operations experience, with at least 3 years in agency, consulting, or professional services
• Proven experience in managing teams and coaching individuals in an operational context
• Demonstrated ownership of utilization and gross margin reporting in a services business
• Experience implementing AI workflows that have been successfully integrated into operations
• Strong systems-minded approach with a focus on process documentation and automation
