Director of Operations
Job Summary
Driving operational excellence remotely, the full-time salaried Director of Operations Efficiency and Workflow Integrity will optimize processes, enhance workflow accuracy, and ensure consistent operational integrity across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity through automation and process improvement
- Design and implement scalable workflow and automation solutions that support operational efficiency and client needs
- Lead and develop a team of Workflow professionals, providing mentorship and coaching to enhance their skills
Required qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in operational excellence, workflow optimization, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing workflow or automation solutions
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations and related processes
- Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable continuous-improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to lead and develop technical and operational professionals
