Director of Operations
Job Summary
Leading core business operations, the part-time Director of Operations will optimize resource allocation, drive process improvement, and ensure compliance while advising executive leadership in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end business operations, strategic planning, and cross-functional program execution supporting DoD and IC mission outcomes
- Partner on capture management and business development strategies while building relationships with government stakeholders and industry partners
- Oversee industrial security compliance, including Facility Clearance sponsorship and security program development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience within the DoD and IC sectors
- Proven experience managing industrial security programs and compliance frameworks
- Hands-on experience in business development and stakeholder engagement across relevant federal organizations
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
