Director of Operations

Job Summary

To ensure exceptional healthcare delivery and operational excellence, the full-time salaried Director of Operations will oversee a defined geographic region, managing P&L responsibilities, leading clinical and operational teams, and driving engagement and performance across multiple health centers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for the region, driving performance against budget while maximizing patient and client impact
• Champion operational discipline and quality across health centers, ensuring compliance with regulations and addressing concerns proactively
• Hire, develop, and lead clinical teams, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of communication and accountability

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or multisite services
• Proven full P&L responsibility for a large business unit or division
• Expertise in building and leading high-performing teams across clinical and operational functions
• Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in value-based healthcare or population health management preferred
