Director of Operations

Job Summary

Accountable for the overall performance of a defined geographic region, the full-time salaried Director of Operations will manage P&L responsibilities, drive operational excellence, and lead teammate engagement in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for the region, ensuring budget performance and maximizing patient and client impact
• Champion operational discipline and quality across health centers, addressing patient and teammate concerns while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Hire, develop, and lead clinical teammates, aligning team goals with company initiatives and fostering a culture of communication and accountability

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or a comparable industry
• Proven success in developing high-performing teams and managing full P&L responsibilities
• Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities
• Exceptional client-facing skills with experience in building executive-level partnerships
• Experience in value-based healthcare or population health management preferred
