Job Summary

Director of Operations - Anesthesia is a full-time position responsible for managing regional specialty medical practices, overseeing operations, financial performance, client relationships, and strategic implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance and operational processes for multiple facilities
• Coordinate client management and contract negotiations while maintaining strong relationships
• Recruit, train, and develop Client Services employees to ensure effective operations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing multi-discipline, multi-specialty operations at a regional level
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• 10 years of experience in physician practice or healthcare management
• Master's Degree in a health-related field is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
