Job Summary
To lead automation initiatives within the Corpay Payables division, the remote full-time Director of Operations Automation will identify automation opportunities, redesign processes, and maintain an automation roadmap while collaborating with various departments to drive business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Translate operational strategies into a practical automation roadmap, prioritizing business value and dependencies
- Work with operational leaders to identify processes suitable for automation and redesign them for efficiency
- Define business requirements for automation initiatives and ensure alignment with technical teams for successful implementation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in operations, automation, or process engineering, particularly in fintech or payments
- Proven success in delivering automation initiatives that improve productivity and customer experience
- Experience managing automation roadmaps and translating complex processes into clear business requirements
- Strong analytical skills and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams
