Job Summary

As a full-time Director of Operations Business Partner, the successful candidate will serve as the primary operations partner for the Renewals business, diagnosing and resolving high-impact operational challenges while collaborating closely with senior sales leadership in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve operational problems by engaging with the field and driving solutions directly
  • Own and manage operational issues end-to-end, ensuring alignment across multiple functions including Marketing and Customer Success
  • Represent field perspectives in business planning and develop insights that influence Strategy & Operations programs
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years in Sales Operations or Go-to-Market Operations within an enterprise technology company
  • Experience supporting VP and SVP-level Sales leaders in a field-facing role
  • Deep understanding of at least one go-to-market motion, such as renewals or enterprise sales
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a background in top-tier consulting or equivalent strategy experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and go-to-market tools, along with the ability to interpret data effectively
