Director of Operations Excellence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Central Operations (Governance & Standards).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and govern enterprise DMS/LSW standards, ensuring clarity and ease of use across global teams
• Maintain the System Health Scorecard and track enterprise-wide PDCA cycles and performance signals
• Coach leaders on meeting facilitation and continuous improvement behaviors

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Lean Transformation
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-level Lean transformations with measurable results
• Deep expertise in Lean tools and systems, including value stream mapping and visual management
• Strong auditing, governance, and standard writing skills
• Experience integrating technology into Continuous Improvement systems
