Director of Operations Growth

Job Summary

To support operational excellence and growth, the full-time remote Director of Operations Growth will manage the enterprise portfolio, oversee governance processes, and lead the execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the enterprise Operations portfolio and review process, ensuring effective prioritization and visibility
• Lead implementation planning for enterprise initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and adoption
• Serve as a central contact for Operations Directors, facilitating feedback loops and synthesizing insights for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or program management within a multi-site healthcare or service organization
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from design through implementation
• Strong project and program management skills, including governance and performance tracking
• Experience with operational excellence, change management, and process improvement preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred
