Job Summary

Leading enterprise operational initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Operations Integration will manage planning, execution, and stabilization of transformations, acquisitions, and process improvements in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise operational integrations and strategic initiatives across Operations Services
• Develop standardized implementation playbooks and execution frameworks for various operational transformations
• Monitor initiative performance through KPIs and provide executive leadership with updates on progress and risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field required
• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, implementation, or project management
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing large-scale, cross-functional operational initiatives
