Job Summary

Leading the development of a modern learning ecosystem, the full-time salaried Director of Operations Learning will manage the end-to-end strategy for training and knowledge management, ensuring Operations employees are equipped to deliver exceptional member service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the complete L&D program strategy, aligning learning portfolios with member experience goals
• Mentor a team of Senior Managers to promote a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Manage the Operational Learning Library and integrate AI tools to enhance learning processes and content accessibility

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience managing teams within Operations across multiple business groups
• 10 years of experience in L&D or talent development, focusing on training design
• 8+ years of experience in the banking or fintech sector
• Proven ability to utilize AI tools for creating adaptive learning pathways and curricula
