Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations - Medicaid Enrollment Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize client revenue and margin performance for the Enrollment Services business
• Provide leadership and oversight to the Enrollment Services team
• Lead project communications, build organizational culture, and manage client relationships

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare, or related field; Advanced degree preferred
• 5-10 years of Revenue Cycle experience with at least 5+ years of leadership experience
• 5 years of Enrollment specific experience in hospital and Medicaid domains
• Proven ability to lead teams, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
