Director of Operations Oversight

Job Summary

Providing end-to-end operational oversight of observational studies, the full-time remote Director of Operations Oversight will manage study execution, vendor performance, and risk mitigation within the Medical Affairs Research portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Track, prioritize, and manage the execution of observational studies across all therapeutic area portfolios
• Collaborate with the MARGO Leadership Team on strategic sourcing and vendor performance management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and monitor study deliverables for quality and timeliness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with ten years of experience, Master's Degree with eight years, or PhD with two years of experience
• 5+ years of experience in study operations or project management within a GxP compliant environment
• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional study teams and vendor resources
• Proven ability to assess vendor proposals and manage observational studies
• Knowledge of global NIS regulatory landscape and experience with international observational studies
