Job Summary
As a full-time Director of Operations, Renewals, the successful candidate will serve as the primary operations partner for the Renewals business, diagnosing and resolving high-impact operational challenges while collaborating with senior sales leadership in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve operational problems by engaging directly with the Renewals team and identifying systemic issues
- Own and execute operational issues end-to-end, coordinating with various teams while maintaining accountability for outcomes
- Represent the Renewals field perspective in business planning and operational reviews, ensuring alignment with strategy and operations initiatives
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Go-to-Market Operations within an enterprise technology company
- Direct experience supporting senior sales leaders in a field-facing role
- Deep understanding of at least one go-to-market motion, such as renewals or enterprise sales
- Proficiency with Salesforce and go-to-market tools, with strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively
- Ability to drive cross-functional resolutions and communicate complex operational insights clearly to stakeholders
