Job Summary

As a full-time Director of Operations, Renewals, the successful candidate will serve as the primary operations partner for the Renewals business, diagnosing and resolving high-impact operational challenges while collaborating with senior sales leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve operational problems by engaging directly with the Renewals team and identifying systemic issues
  • Own and execute operational issues end-to-end, coordinating with various teams while maintaining accountability for outcomes
  • Represent the Renewals field perspective in business planning and operational reviews, ensuring alignment with strategy and operations initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Go-to-Market Operations within an enterprise technology company
  • Direct experience supporting senior sales leaders in a field-facing role
  • Deep understanding of at least one go-to-market motion, such as renewals or enterprise sales
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and go-to-market tools, with strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively
  • Ability to drive cross-functional resolutions and communicate complex operational insights clearly to stakeholders
