Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operations and business transformation initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency
• Drive high-impact projects across various operational functions including Clinical Operations and Customer Success
• Develop and execute workforce and capacity planning strategies to optimize resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in management consulting and/or healthcare startup environments
• Experience with scaled healthcare and customer service operations
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
