Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director Operations Transformation, Technology and Workforce Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with various teams to drive automation and AI initiatives
• Oversee the delivery and integration of technological solutions aligned with business strategies
• Establish strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure effective implementation of technology solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 4 years of technology experience, Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of technology experience
• At least 4 years of experience managing people or leading teams and projects
• Experience in the life sciences industry and technology applications
• Knowledge of digital product management and Agile methodologies
• Ability to influence decisions at all organizational levels
