Director of Operations Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations Strategy to lead inventory strategy and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall inventory strategy across categories, guiding buying decisions
• Partner with Finance to set inventory budgets and category-level buying targets
• Monitor inventory health and recommend corrective actions based on analysis

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in operations strategy, supply chain, or analytics roles
• Experience developing inventory strategy and forecasting models
• Proven ability to partner with Finance on capital allocation and budgeting
• Experience launching or expanding product categories or marketplaces
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
