Director of Oracle Fusion Applications
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and operational support for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, the remote Director of Oracle Fusion Applications will manage end-to-end delivery, oversee implementations, and ensure high-performing production operations while collaborating with senior business and IT leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and governance for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and supporting platforms
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of implementations and major enhancements, ensuring alignment with business strategy
- Establish an application service delivery model to maintain stable and high-performing production operations
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years of experience with enterprise Oracle Cloud solutions, particularly Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
- 5+ years of experience in people leadership, with a proven ability to build and mentor teams
- Deep knowledge of core ERP & PPM domains and experience leading transformations from Oracle eBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud
