Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Order Management & Global Fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement logistics, transportation, and warehousing operations strategy in alignment with company plans
• Oversee the entire order management process to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Develop and implement order management strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience leading logistics teams
• Experience in the telecom/communications business is a plus
• Strong leadership capabilities to build and motivate diverse teams in an outsourced logistics model
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Management, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• Domestic travel may be required (10-20%)
