Job Summary
To enhance organic demand generation efforts, the full-time remote Director of Organic Demand Generation will manage SEO, LinkedIn, and social media strategies while developing an answer engine optimization approach to drive qualified leads and measure performance effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Map the keyword and topic landscape for target buyers, audit existing content, and produce high-ranking, converting material in collaboration with content and product marketing
- Develop and execute a LinkedIn strategy, including editorial calendars and employee amplification, to strengthen the company's presence and engage potential buyers
- Establish an answer engine optimization strategy to ensure content is discoverable through AI-generated queries, while tracking and reporting on key performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B demand generation or content marketing, with at least 3 years managing organic channels end-to-end
- Proven success in building a qualified pipeline through SEO and content marketing
- Strong understanding of modern SEO practices, including technical SEO and topical authority
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn organic strategies
- Familiarity with answer engine optimization as an emerging channel
