Job Summary

To enhance organizational performance and employee engagement, the full-time remote Director of Organizational Effectiveness will lead initiatives focused on cultural transformation, leadership development, and continuous improvement while collaborating with senior leaders across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR to design and implement leadership development strategies and programs for frontline leaders and high-potential talent
  • Create and execute employee engagement strategies based on insights from engagement surveys and drive initiatives for a high-performance culture
  • Lead the enterprise performance management cycle, establishing KPIs to measure organizational effectiveness and using data analytics to inform decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with Workday Talent modules and engagement survey platforms, preferably Qualtrics
  • Previous leadership experience managing teams and vendor relations
  • Proven track record in change leadership and strategic planning
