Director of Organizational Effectiveness

Job Summary

As a strategic advisor to senior leaders, the full-time Director of Organizational Effectiveness will advance the organization's effectiveness capability by translating business strategy into workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives, while working collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into organizational structures and workforce capabilities to enhance performance and alignment
• Develop and implement change strategies that facilitate transformation and improve organizational health
• Lead and mentor a team of Organizational Effectiveness professionals to build scalable methods and enhance enterprise-wide capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, including leadership roles and direct people management
• Proficiency in change management methodologies, with relevant certifications preferred
• Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and applying organization design methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize workforce data and business metrics for decision-making
